Breaking Point Fitness is a high intensity, outdoor group fitness company specialising in Boot Camps, Kickboxing for Fitness, Running and Personal Training. We have a fantastic team of highly motivated and highly qualified male and female trainers, plus we also have our very own Massage Therapist and Dietitian to help fast track your results!

Our group fitness sessions cater to ALL fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Best of all, we run our sessions every week of the year and you can start whenever you like, so you don't have to wait another day to kick start your fitness!

BOOT CAMP - Boot camps are a fun and action packed way to get fit, lose weight, gain strength and increase co-ordination at the same time. Best of all, you get to meet heaps of amazing people with similar interests along the way.
Our boot camps use an exciting blend of team games, kick boxing, strength exercises, obstacle courses, running, ply-metrics, weight circuits and core building, all designed to challenge and transform your body.

KICKBOXING FOR FITNESS - Kickboxing is without doubt one of the most beneficial forms of training you could ever undertake. Catering to all levels of fitness, our kickboxing sessions cover:
* Cardio Fitness and Muscular Endurance
* Muscle Strength and Stamina
* Co-ordination and Power
* Mental Focus
Kickboxing is heaps of fun and the variety is endless, so you will always be pushed with new challenges!

RUNNING CLUB - Our Running Club is held every Wednesday morning and is specifically designed to help you become a better runner through improving your speed, stride length and breathing. Running club is perfect for beginners who haven't run in years, right through to advanced runners capable of completing marathons.

PERSONAL TRAINING - Personal training is a fantastic way to reach and maintain your personal health and fitness goals, fast! You can train one on one, or with a friend.
Most clients typically train for 2-3 one hour sessions per week, and will receive extra training advice to complete at home if required.
Breaking Point offers indoor studio or outdoor Personal Training.

HELL'S PLAYGROUND - Hell's Playground is one of the toughest one hour workouts in Australia, and is not for the timid or faint of heart. It will push you physically and mentally into pain barriers that you may have never experienced before.
Hell's Playground is perfect for elite armed forces personnel such as SAS, Marines, Navy, Army and Air Force. Those wishing to train and stand out for positions as Police officers, Fire Fighters, Security and Ambulance would also greatly benefit from the physical and mental toughness developed in the Hell's Playground sessions. Overall, this workout is ideal for the advanced athlete that is tired of everyday workout routines, and needs to step up to the next level.

GAS MASK TRAINING - Gas Mask Training incorporates gas mask training for fitness (similar to altitude training) into the program. Gas mask training helps condition the lungs by creating pulmonary resistance, your diaphragm is strengthened, surface area and elasticity in the alveolar is increased.

Gas mask training will help get your breathing under control and help with lung stamina, it can be used during running, cycling (stationary for beginners) and strength workouts.

If you train with less oxygen you can eventually go on for longer! Gas mask training is great because it regulates how much air you can breath in, making it so that you breath less oxygen, in turn making the air thinner (due to the low oxygen intake it's similar to altitude training).
WARNING: Do not attempt Gas Mask Training without a Breaking Point Fitness Professional present. Failing to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or even death!
