Good health comes from all elements of your life. I tackle four strong areas including physical fitness, nutritional support, stress management and relaxation. I am a certified Personal Trainer with certifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Holistic Counselling, Tai Chi and Meditation.

I am also a Level 2 Kettlebell Trainer and have a certification in Level 2 Pilates Mat Work. I also perform Relaxation Massage and Myofascial Release.

I have over five years industry experience and have also worked as a Personal Training Manager, developing other personal trainers for success.
