Welcome. If 25 years as a personal trainer tells me anything, it is that professional
qualifications (requisite and desirable as they are) do not, in and of themselves, tell clients much. Thus, I could tell you that I've run a successful personal training health club in the UK, that I have been featured in several magazines; and that I continue to enjoy the respect of clients past. All of which is true - but none of it really matters; to you. What really matters to you is how your goals will be achieved. Let me explain...

Firstly, I teach so that you learn. You will listen, watch, absorb and understand so
that you understand what it is you need to do. Importantly, you are not just another client. Your lifestyle, personal characteristics and genetic make up largely determine the appropriate course of action; for you and you alone. You have my unreserved attention, my focus and experience. I ask in return your total commitment to and engagement with the process.

Our sessions together are predicated on my professional assessment of your needs, abilities, physical makeup and your current level of wellness. I am focused on helping you and you alone; whoever you are. It is a role I take very seriously, for as long as it takes, and until you no longer need me. At this point you are mentally, physically and spiritually ready to be your best; for life.

Prana Active services clients in Applecross, Booragoon, Ardross, Attadale, Bicton, Mount Pleasant and Melville; as well as those living in the general Perth metro and rural areas.

We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Enquiries for after hour personal one on one training in your office, home, or our studio are welcome.
