Our team is dedicated to tailoring a program that caters to your individual goals and needs in order to achieve optimal results from the ultra-fit athletes to beginners and also those suffering pain or injury. Personalised programs run for an hour supervised by a fully qualified instructor.
Our equipment Pilates sessions use specialised pieces of larger apparatus such as the reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair which have springs to create varying resistance.
Clinical Pilates consists of research based diagnostic and treatment techniques, utilising specialised clinical Pilates equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair. The physiotherapist plans and designs individually prescribed exercise rehabilitation programs specific to client needs. Clinical programs run for an hour supervised by a fully qualified instructor.
Group Floor Classes
Mat classes focus on a sequence of Pilates exercises done on the floor on a cushioned mat using the body weight as resistance, so there is no impact. Small apparatus such as magic circles, foam rollers, fitballs and thera bands may be utilized during the class to add variety and resistance.
