"Bobbie-Jo and Lydia have both been excellent. They will always try to fit me in even at late notice around my work commitments and sports trainings and are very thorough in their consultation. They've been brilliantly supportive in my recovery and getting me back into competition which I am really grateful for! When I said I wanted to continue training on modified programs, other physios had told me to see a personal trainer if I wanted such a program, however, Lydia's expertise in sports physiotherapy and also Pilates has been a Godsend and she has actually helped develop a program for me to continue competing in rowing which has seen me improve in leaps and bounds! "I have consulted physios Linda and Luke on numerous occasions to help with various injuries ranging from sprains / strains from doing the simplest things to more serious injuries caused by car accidents. I have always found them to be very friendly and professional in their assessment and treatment of my injuries. They are realistic in their clients’ promises to do the recommended exercises. ie they know clients will say they will do the exercises yet “forget to”. They will keep you informed of your progress and travel with you on your journey back to recovery. If you disagree with their plans / treatment they are willing to take your reasons into consideration and adjust their treatment plan where possible. A remedial massage by the lovely Felicity at Infinity Massage (within City Physio) is great way to de-stress and have those tired / injured muscles finally relax. " (more)
