Services at NQ Physio Solutions include general musculoskeletal (joint or muscle problems), post-surgical, sports injuries, athlete screenings, pre-employment assessments, work-related injuries, fall and balance problems, pregnancy related issues and chest physio. Accurate assessment of your problem or injury allows us to educate you on your condition, provide treatment to give you relief, and also to offer strategies to help prevent your condition/injury from returning in the future. Treatment may include joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, stretches, taping (sports / dynamic / kinesio), therapeutic exercise, clinical pilates and pain relieving techniques including dry needling and electrotherapy.
