Pilates @ Viva is a dedicated studio ran by physiotherapists utilising equipment such as reformer beds, trapeze tables and wunda chairs. We run 38 sessions per week including mat classes, one-on-one sessions and equipment super-classes which involve all of the fancy Pilates machinery and a specifically prescribed program.

All our sessions are ran by physiotherapists so you can claim your private health rebate, making each session even more affordable. And we even have a HICAPS system which means you can claim your rebate instantly.

If you've suffered an injury in recent times, Pilates is one of the most popular types of rehabilitation available. It's fun, safe and most importantly, very effective in reducing your chance of injury recurrence and decreasing your pain.
