"I was admitted to this hospital for a day procedure, which involved a general anesthetic. It was my first time in a hospital and was a little nervous, but I didn't need to. The environment was very clean and pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic! The receptionists, porters, consultants, anesthetists, and recovery room were absolutely brilliant. Every single person was polite, courteous, and did his or her best to put me at ease. I think that it is even more amazing when you think of all the pressures these people have to deal with considering the high turnover of patients and all the responsibilities included. I wish all hospitals could be like this one. They are highly recommended! " (more)
