Welcome!

You have now made the first step towards reaching your full potential in life and becoming the person you always knew that you could be. I understand how hard it is to ask for help, but sometimes we all need to talk things over with someone outside of the circle of family or friends, who is unbiased, qualified and professional. You can contact me by phone or email and I am always happy to discuss your individual needs and how we can work together to achieve them.

Direction with Clarity clinics are now available at Katoomba (The Blue Mountains Low Cost Counselling & Psychotherapy), and Parramatta (Life Counselling & Mediation). You have the choice of the location, fee structure and availability to best suit your needs. Therapy is available at both locations for individuals, couples and families.

The Direction with Clarity points of difference:

* Fees start from $40 per session (Katoomba only)
* Because I am also a Medical Herbalist I work with you holistically
* I use plain 'non jargon' language in our sessions.
* Existing clients also have the option of occasional telephone counselling
* I run regular low cost workshops in specialist areas
* I offer a free subscription to a monthly newsletter discussing mental health issues, for the layperson
