Erica has been in practice as a western medical herbalist since 2003. Having completed and continuing studies in psychology she specialises in mental health. She has a special interest in:

- stress
- anxiety
- depression
- poor memory and concentration
- ADHD and autism
- substance abuse; smoking, alcohol consumption and other drug withdrawal

Erica is also able to treat a range of general health conditions. Holistic treatment (considering all of an individuals needs) is crucial. Many mental health problems involve dysfunction of other body systems and it is critical to consider these as well. Commonly associated problems include (but are not exclusive to):

- poor nutrition
- immune dysfunction; recurring colds, flu and tonsillitis
- digestive disorders; IBS, food allergy and intolerance;
- obesity and other eating disorders;
- fatigue;
- hyper and hypothyroidism;
- inflammatory conditions; arthritis and allergies;
- hormonal imbalance

It is possible to reduce the use of pharmaceutical drugs in consultation with your general practitioner or specialist. Herbal and nutritional medicine complements psychotherapy and can improve your health outcomes.

Erica also has training in nutrition, has a commitment to continued professional education, and balances scientific and traditional approaches in her practice.

Medicine prices
Medicines are an additional cost and vary according to individual needs, however the average cost of a individualised herbal formula is;
100mL = $18
200mL = $35
500mL = $80
There may be an additional cost if certain more expensive herbs are used.
Other supplements may be prescribed and vary in price. In order to help individuals' afford the best treatment possible all supplements are sold at 20% off RRP.

The aim is to reduce the use of medicines overtime as the body responds according to each individual's condition.

Erica is Vice President of the National Herbalists Association of Australia and supports the move towards national registration of herbalists and naturopaths.
