OnFamily provide strength-based counselling and support to children, young people, individuals and caregivers who are wanting to explore barriers to fulfilment in a range of life areas. We work directly with individuals, families and the professionals who support them to provide evidence-based and practical advice.
OnFamily's online support has been specifically, but not exclusively, developed to support families and individuals who are time poor, have difficulty accessing main stream supports or are unable to locate appropriate supports to address the unique circumstances of your family. Online support through OnFamily works with families just like yours, who may be geographically isolated, Fly-In-Fly-Out workers, single parents, caring for multiple children, or any other situation which can make it difficult to access or prioritise professional family support.
OnFamily offers face to face and online counselling, as well as running specialist workshops for professionals engaged with families experiencing challenges. We are committed to working with our clients to identify what is already working and to build on strengths to promote positive and lasting change. Our services are personalised to our client's individual circumstances and support is based on up to date theory and practice.
