Therapeutic modes adopted include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Meditation training, Relaxation training and Experiential based therapies.

Specialising in the treatment of depression and anxiety and other mental health issues including post and antenatal depression and anxiety as well as adolescent and young adult mental health issues. Medicare funding avail - up to 12 sessions (18 spec circumstances). Pregnancy issues including complications and termination issues. Medicare funding avail for 3 sessions of pregnancy related issues.

Seminars/ talks available for local schools, community groups, health care centres and workplaces on mental health issues including managing stress and self-care.
Group therapy also available as part of an overall health care plan.
