MBS Psychology delivers a wide range of interpersonal counselling, support, hypnotherapy and psychological treatment services for issues such as Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Relationships, Phobias and much more.

This is mostly done using Interpersonal Counselling within a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) framework. Where appropriate we will also draw from Solution Focused techniques, Hypnosis, Cognitive Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
