We teach Beginners and intermediate meditation techniques. The classes are run 1.5 hours per week over 6 weeks. We have classes running around Perth. Please register your interest for our next Intermediate classes which will be held on a Saturday as a workshop. We run by private appointment chair Yoga classes for the mobility impaired. We also have 1 on 1 consultations in Holistic Counselling and Life Coaching.
