the initial electronic quote was quite reasonable But, the operator did not show on-site for final ...quote at the agreed time or respond to further electronic queries These initial issues suggest to me that the quality of work, being punctual and completing the job on time would not be a priority for this business So their final quote in reality is basically that, they cannot, or are incapable of installing the flooring in a timely manner

Good old fashion service, does not exist as advertised on their website. There is no after sales su...pport once the job is done. Had them come back to retouch missed areas only to have them botch up a replaced floorboard. Rang to advise of the problem and asked that they come back to fix it, 3mths later no call no follow up because either the unfriendly lady taking the messages does NOT pass them on (3 calls later) or they are simply not interested in how they finished the job once they have your money. Definately would not recommend them.

Daniel and the team at With the Grain Timber Floors are fantastic. We chose a competitor to install ...and seal our timer floors when we built our home and we had nothing but problems. After meeting with Dan, he advised us on what we should do to rectify the problems and the pricing was very reasonable. They have used top quality floor sealing products and the workmanship of the sanding and sealing was impeccable. The entire team was a delight to work with. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbours, all of whom were more than satisfied with the service that they received. Do yourself a favour and get With The Grain to do your timber flooring. There are many other companies out there, who promise the earth and do not deliver!

I have used With the Grain three times now and have been very satisfied with both their service and ...their workmanship. The timber floors look as great now as they did when they were first installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was wanting to replace their existing flooring.
