I contacted Andrew on a Saturday morning regarding a replacement switchboard for a Boss motor. With...in three hours this was replaced and repaired. I was amazed firstly he answered his telephone on the weekend and secondly he arrived when he said he would. He quoted the price via the telephone which I was happy with. They have spectacular service, honest advice and products. They really go the extra mile to help you... create your perfect system. Even the smallest purchases get the red carpet treatment and great prices. Even buying a simple (but high-end) interconnect, they insisted that I take home several sets to try out before making my choice. There is zero pressure sales and a sense that they really want you to get a system you'll love and be a customer for life. It worked on me!
