Sun-Earth leads solar innovation through their research and development facilities at the Ningbo Solar Energy Institute (NSEI). This is where Sun Earth scientists, many of them leading experts in the field of solar PV are working together at the intersection of technology and industry to address some of the most challenging technical and engineering issues in the solar industry today. Working with the solar experts from China, Japan, Germany and other countries, NSEI has achieved recognition both in China and abroad. In fact, NSEI has provided a unique training ground for thousands of engineers and technicians. At present, Sun-Earth has over 3000 employees working across four facilities. Due to it's specialist technological expertise and experience in every aspect of solar technology and advanced manufacturing processes, Sun-Earth is widely recognized as the major solar R&D institute in China.
