Dr Dean Metcalf, Managing Director and plant pathologist, has pioneered Trichoderma farming in Australia, developing commercial products to provide biological controls to agriculture, following on from more than ten years of research.

The principle is simple enough - just as we see in the 'visible' animal kingdom, microbes also have a natural food chain. The organisms that cause crop diseases form part of that chain. Trichoderma are natural predators of the organisms that cause many crop diseases. (more)
