I bought a Samsung S5620 Monte Mobile Phone about 2 years ago but the touchscreen on the phone was unreliable. I bought a Samsung UA32ES6200M 32" 3D TV about 8 months ago but the flickering on the 3D Glasses gave me a headache ever since I purchased the TV. I bought a Samsung HT-E4500 3D Bluray Home Theatre System about a month ago but the sound wasn't coming out of the speakers and when you play bluray discs it kept skipping. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 about 6 months ago but it was scratched with marks on it also I haven't been able to use it at all because the touch screen is bad for my ezcema. I bought a Samsung BD-E5300 Bluray Player and a Samsung BD-E5900 3D Bluray Player about 3 months ago but they both wouldn't turn on. I would definitely not buy anymore Samsung products nor would I recommend them to anybody.

hi there, i really need help my name is jenny i got my self a samsung galexy s3 on last friday 9/11/12 from Mobile make simple shop and brisbane QLD, but the microphone doesn't work, so i have to return back to the shop and they told me to go back on monday i was there to ask for my phone on monday and they told me again to wait for 21working days because they have to send the phone back to samsung company at new south wales. i fell so bad this happened to me coz i haven't use the phone yet and samsung or some one need to do something with this...i have no phone to use now this is so bad company.. i need u to send my phone back so i can fix it my self i don't need ur company help for 21days. jenny 0422161271 jenny1993jomjam@hotmail.com

I have no hesitation in recommending Samsung products. I have experienced only good will and excellent service mainly with Blue Ray recorders and touch screen mobile phones. I recommend this company highly. - Squiizy
