Spray applied insulation from Shamrock is a fiberglass based product that can be applied to a variety of complex Underslab and Soffit applications i.e. car parks to suit increased thermal section J BCA requirements.

Thermal Performance - Can provide up to an R3.5 in one application. Our methods mix traditional loose-fill insulation materials (cellulose and fiberglass) with a two-component binder system. Through this process we are able to achieve permanent, monolithic finishing on a wide range of surfaces and configurations.

Once sprayed, fibers can be patted down and edged to achieve a smooth, seamless finish, which in turn provides an attractive, blended aesthetic.

Acoustic Performance - Spray insulation provides excellent noise reduction (NRC) on sound reflective surfaces with a density of 55kg/m3 - 65kg/m3.

As a feature, both acoustic and thermal benefits of our spray-on method are gained at a lower installed cost than all other traditional insulation methods.
