"I have already ordered a number of curtain sets and an awning from Supershades last year. I ordered from them once again, last month, since I am very satisfied with the service they have provided me from the past. My order came exactly on time. Their installer even taught me how to install and uninstall the blinds, if in any case I would have to put them down for cleaning purpose. After a week, I noticed some hard dents or cracks on my blinds. I told them about it and they showed up in my doorstep the following day to have it replaced. The resolution they gave me was as fast as the purchasing process. Other companies would put a halt on after sales customer service but Supershades was totally exceptional. They really take care of their customers. They are highly recommended! " (more)
