"This company has great customer support. John, the General Manager, went out of his way and successfully sourced a very obscure product for me. The reason I was impressed is because even though it was a low priced item, they still went out of their way to find it for me. "I was experiencing high differential temperatures in my B Double. I was recommended to use LubeAlloy LA492 Differential gear oil and saw temperature reduction of 20 to 30 degrees in operating temperatures.
