Unimpressed. The relationship was good to begin with but when the problems started he was not conta...ctable. 8 Phone calls - 5 emails and no response. Ended up having to get another company in to fix the problem - they say they;re business is booming fixing his mistakes. Good one..Not

2 weeks later than promised they finally install half our kitchen ,messed up island bench waited ano...ther week , they don't call ,don't answer there phone except when they demand money , bad company to deal with all round ,darren from spectacular stone, should not run a business, 20 yrs in building industry have never dealt with someone so incompetent .a total nightmare,company also called statewide stone ,marble in auburn .

Tania and I are delighted with our new kitchen and we would like to pass on our thanks to your team ...especially Joe Ardita, installer Tony, electricians George and Robert, plumber Adrian, project manager George Kokkinos, and Jeremy Foxe and Peter Bader from your admin office. We would be happy for you to refer potential customers to us or to show them this letter. Although having a new kitchen may seem like a simple process, it became a lot more complicated than we thought, and we are very happy that we went with the Apollo team. It was fortunate that after design, the process started with a check measure. I had incorrectly measured the distance to a wall, which would have resulted in essa stone bench tops and cabinets being made too small. I had thought about removing the old kitchen and taking it to the dump on my trailer, but fortunately, we had Apollo remove the kitchen. It was gone in 2 hours! I could never have achieved this. We had as many Hettich slow closing drawers, LED lights and opening/shutting devices as possible designed into the kitchen to make it practical for us, and appreciate the extra detail that this involved for your team. We found this was money well spent. The Hettich LED lighting and IZONA cook surface were new technologies. The Laminex fineline doors and Innerstyle cabinetry were also reasonably new to the market.
