There is a lot of talking but not much communication about the costs. I had to learn it the expensive way. Thought to support the little guys but that is now in the past.

I have purchased pair of sunglasses before Christmas. Unfortunately, they were hurting my eyes. I ra...ng up to see if it would be possible to swap for another pair, as I have misplaced the receipt. I thought an exchange would be a better option rather than my money back. I had waited 5 days for a call back, but with no luck I rang up to find out I will not be able to do anything for an exchange or credit for another item. As a business manager, I know you can look up any transaction and I remember the day and time I got it. But they were not keen to make any kind of effort to satisfy a customer. It is a shame, as all members of my family wear glasses and we certainly won't be back.
