WELL, what can I say... other than NEVER use this service! In July of 2012, I called him out as he ...was local to my business to repair a commercial top of the line fridge that was only 2.5 years old. After causing damage to one of the panels, and then saying it was repaired after re gassing and cleaning of drain ($400 bill), 4 months later, the fridge was not working! I called him on a Thursday, said he would be out Saturday - No show. I called him Monday, his response - "I didn't like your fridge, and I lost money on the job 'cause I got a parking fine. Call someone else." His repairs have a guarantee... Secondly, it's NOT MY fault if he parks illegally! I called another well respected company. 41 gas leaks in my fridge coil. Their comment? A first year student would have picked this up; it's a manufaction fault! I'm now out of pocket to the tune of $1,000, and without my main business fridge for 4 days whilst waiting for the part to arrive from NZ. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
