Greenvale Farm produces award-winning smallgoods with our production partner Casalingo. These award-winning smallgoods include bacons, hams and fresh preservative free sausages, as well as an extensive range of air-fermented smallgoods including RASV Gold Medal winning prosciutto and capocollo to compliment our range of salamis and chorizos.
