I have had a fresh water tropical tank for the past 10 years i always wanted a marine tank but cost... was the prohibitive factor. When i discussed this with Jack he said i needed to build a sump drill holes in the tank make an overflow box etc etc. I would never have had the confidence to do this without jacks assistance he has followed me on the whole journey and is always interested in what is going on in my tank. I have been to a number of shops but nothing has come close to this in service or price. To the idiot that has repeated himself constantly about the poor service obviously you are someone who doesn't yet realize nothing happens quickly in a salt water marine tank and enquiries take time. My advice if you feel that important go somewhere else.
