They're absolutely useless - no customer service and they never call you back. I've been waiting ove...r a month for service. They lack professionalism and rude to you on the phone when you call to chase up the job - apparently this is "hassling" them. Do not use them!

They came within a few hours of calling, and actually had a part we needed for our old and rather ob...scure oven. It was was a real awkward job and yet they had it working quickly. A very nice, honest and hard working repairman, and I will definitely use them again.

Stay away. Not only are they incompetent, but they also lie through their teeth and are quick to b...lame everyone but themselves. They never once contacted me about my repair, even after it was assessed. Two of their customer service reps had no idea about their online status checking option, but both agreed to take my email address and email me after any change (they didn't). It was always me that had to call up. So even if it was completed in a timely fashion, I wouldn't have known since they never contacted me. One rep slipped up and mentioned that it had been sitting there for 5 days because they were waiting for me to call back and tell them how to proceed, it would've been even longer if I hadn't called. Unless you're willing to harass them every single day, stay away.
