Cindy is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She can provide you with individual nutrition counseling and advice for a range of conditions including weight loss, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, food intolerance or allergy, sports nutrition, anemia and other deficiency, pregnancy, childhood nutrition and general well-being.

A consultation with Cindy will include a diet and lifestyle assessment, plus nutritional education and counselling based on your specific goals and needs. Cindy will help you establish a healthy eating plan specifically formulated for your individual dietary requirements and lifestyle. Progress will then be monitored at regular follow-up appointments to provide maximal support and evaluation of your ongoing needs.
