We are an independent Bookkeeping service located at Victoria Point, Qld. We don't operate out of fancy offices so we can pass those savings onto you and keep our fees reasonable.

We service the Redlands and Logan Cities. We can come to you outside of normal business hours (actually we prefer after 5 or week-ends...less traffic on the roads!).

We specialise in small businesses with little or no employees so an independent contractor is right up our alley!

We offer a Fixed-Fee service for most activities including BAS, so you'll know up-front what it will cost you with no nasty surprises at the end.

We don't just do bookkeeping "data entry", we provide support and assistance in a wide range of other services, which involve more than a basic understanding of bookkeeping procedures and practices.

We have over 20 years experience dealing with accounts.

We have fully qualified Bookkeepers who have a minimum of Certificate IV Financial Services (Bookkeeping) and operate under the guidance of a fully certified BAS Agent.

Our Bookkeepers are also members of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Fixed-Fee Bookkeeping includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

All data entry of receipts/expenses
Processing of cash receipts and purchases
Processing of sales and receiving payments
Reconciliation of financial accounts
Generating reports including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Record management and the computerised backup of data (CD)
Filing of documents and secure storage (if required)
All administration costs (e.g., stationery, computer software, compact discs)
Coordinating with your Accountant/Tax Agent as per your request
All Payroll functions including PAYG, Super, Leave Entitlements, etc.
Accounts completed, reconciled, reviewed and ready for your Accountant/Tax Agent

MYOB Business File Health Check

Business Activity Statement:
Full preparation and lodgement of your Business Activity Statement (BAS)
Certification by an Authorised BAS Agent
2 week lodgement extension (if required)

Initial Set-Up of your MYOB file:
Create a Business Chart of Accounts in accordance with operational requirements
Allocate the relevant posting codes
Enter all opening balances
All administrative costs associated with creating a new MYOB business account
