Human Revolution evolved after its principal consultant, Louise Mitchell, identified a need within many businesses, from small to large, to have Human Resources partner and work closely with the business in HR projects at key stages during the continuous life-cycle of organisations. These stages include times of change; re-structures/mergers, revision of operations, response to external influences and new ways of doing things. There may simply be a 'people' issue or action your business has been wanting to address or undertake for a time and just didn't know where to start.

Businesses often require a dedicated resource and a 'project management approach' to deal with one-off or continuing HR programs; for example management of the Performance Review Program, a Graduate Program or a Leadership and Management Development Program, where the dedicated resource is not required to work continuously on these elements, rather, intermittently. About the Principal: Louise Mitchell is a 'born and bred' Sydney-sider with a strong musical and artistic background. Louise has extensive and proven expertise in people management and a great passion for working with people from all walks of life and in all sorts of industries.

Louise holds a post graduate degree in HR, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, is DiSC accredited and has completed OHS Consultation training for OHS Committee Members as required under the NSW OHS Regulation 2001.

Louise's hands-on and strategic HR industry experience at senior management level includes customer and sales-centric environments where product and service delivery are key to the business; manufacturing/FMCG; the health sector; services (including shipping); R&D; mining and 'creative' environments within media ... across single and multiple-sites, at a national level within Australia and in New Zealand, within small, medium and large businesses and with larger corporate globals.
