I have recently been involved in a family law matter which involved my ex wife taking out an apprehended violence order against me. I was recommended TW Legal from a member of my family who works at the Downing Centre. On making contact with TW Legal, I was treated with respect and instantly had a rapport with my instructing solicitor. They listened to me and we vigorously defended the avo. The matter never made it to hearing as the matter was withdrawn by the other side due to the recommendation for withdrawal put forward by my solicitor. As with most people facing a court hearing, the emotion involved is high - there can be a lot at stake regardless of the offense. I had left my run quite late in determining to obtain a private solicitor [three days prior to hearing] but could not have been more delighted with my selection. Both Eugene & Robert were upfront with what to expect, explaining the process and likely outcome, and what I could do to assist with the process - my charge was possession of illegal substances x 2, which I was guilty as charged. From the outset, they were expedient & attentive, the result on the day even surprised them a Section 10 for both, highly unusual and quite unexpected, which I put down to their representation and advice with regard to references and my remorse. I will be forever grateful for their representation.
