"I commend Tony at Customs International to anybody needing customs related services in Melbourne. I engaged Tony as my broker after receiving a $1,000+ bill from a competitor to collect an item I'd purchased online for $400 and I had already paid $500 to ship. As this was the first time I had imported anything, I didn't understand the process nor the charges. Tony was wonderful in explaining everything to me in plain English. He was honest and upfront about what the costs should have been for a small job like mine. He took on my job for a fraction of the cost the competitor was seeking. And even though the actual job took him two minutes, he spent a lot more time trying to get me a better deal with the competitor.
