Dibbens Intellectual Property is a firm of patent and trademark attorneys, which was established to meet the increasing need of clients to access expert advice in managing their intellectual property (IP) rights.

The firm's philosophy is to assist clients in protecting, defending and enforcing their intellectual property by becoming an integral part of the client's business. We take a holistic approach to working with the client, which starts from conception of the IP, and continuing through its lifetime.

We have extensive experience in protecting, enforcing and advising on all forms of registrable intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, designs and plant breeder's rights. The firm's Principal is a registered Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and is a Fellow of the Institute Of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA).
