O'Sullivans is a full service patent and trade mark attorney firm established by Martin O'Sullivan, an experienced entrepreneur and business advisor who has devoted his entire professional career to the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property.

Martin is a highly experienced IP practitioner, having worked in the field since 1993. He was a partner of Western Australia's largest patent and trade mark attorney firm for over 5 years and, in addition to establishing O'Sullivans, co-founded two other specialist IP consulting companies. One of these, Capra Group (formerly Watershed Corporate), was established in 2006 and specialises in IP commercialisation.

He has a BSc (Hons) from Murdoch University and an MBA from the AGSM. Martin has an extensive track record of providing IP advice to many different types of people and organisations in Australia and overseas from individual inventors/entrepreneurs through to SMEs and large corporations as well as universities, research institutes and public sector organisations.
