Dolly Vardens uses only the freshest coffee beans, organic milk and unique tea blends sourced 100% locally and chosen especially for their intense flavours and freshness. Even our French macaroons are made daily in Brisbane. Oooh la la!
Our old world service means your guests will be impressed and our flexible booking arrangements mean you can relax.

Freshly ground Blue Sky Coffee Beans are used to make the most divine coffees
Loose leaf tea in silk pods
African Cocoa is used for our Hot Chocolates
Hand ground spices form our Chai powder mix
Delicious SHOTT syrups including Caramel, Vanilla, White Chocolate and Chai.
We use organic milk from Barambah Organics.
There is no extra charge for Soy milk, Skim Milk or Marshmallows.
We specialise in providing old fashioned service with old world charm. We serve our customers face to face and treat every customer with the respect and appreciation that they deserve. Unlike operators that work from the tailgate of a vehicle, we are able to engage in conversation with our customers.
We don't charge a travel or booking fee to attend your event. No function, gathering, party or event is too big or too small. We love kids and babies and offer baby cinos to little ones who have a sweet tooth or want to partake in a pint sized beverage with mum or dad.
