About
This new and innovative Centre is at Beresfield situated between Maitland and Newcastle just off the F3. Being located near both train and bus stations makes for easy access for therapists and their clients.
The Centre offers massage, counselling, hypnotherapy, Luminous Way Vital Healer (specialising in Female Hormone Disorders) personal training, and reiki. The Centre also offers Kundalini Yoga, pilates and relaxation classes. Soon to commence at the Centre will be Heartmove classes along with stretching and flexibility classes.
The Centre is always looking for new therapists to be a part of it's diverse team. If you are an appropriately qualified therapist and would like to participate why not give Linda a call. (more)
Specialties
Relaxation classes are held every Wednesday night. The focus of these classes is to find a quiet place within the centre of your being. This is done by using progressive muscle relaxation, breath and visualisation techniques.
Kundalini Yoga,as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is held on Thursday nights and is a dynamic blend of postures, breathing, meditation, mantra and relaxation techniques which help increase flexibility, energy and peace of mind. The positive effects of Kundalini Yoga can be experienced ina matter of minutes.
