During your treatment I like to address the cause of the problem, often by releasing built up emotions. This enables you to see and feel more clearly what your deepest issues maybe, and what actions, if any at all, you can take to help you find a more healthy lifestyle. Or you may just want to connect with your inner most feelings so you can make clearer decisions about what it is you want in your life right now.
A relaxing massage will allow you to have time to yourself to go within and refocus. Often clients will get back to me and confirm they are feeling more renewed and able to focus on what is needing attention in their life after just one visit!
