Our treatments focus on a large variety of conditions, relating to musculoskeletal dysfunction, injury prevention and rehabilitation requirements. We have treated conditions from autoimmune disorders to headaches, TMJ disfunctions, fibromyalgia as well as athletes in sports from triathlons to AFL. We specialise in Myofascial Release Technique (MFR) therapy, this technique focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness. There are a number of conditions and symptoms that myofascial release therapy addresses. Many patients seek myofascial treatment after losing flexibility or function following an injury or if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or pain in virtually any area containing soft tissue. It is also used for prevention of injuries by working on shortened muscles, which causes incorrect posture.
