We are an excellence focused manual therapy practice. Our services include:
- clinical assessment
- treatment of musculoskeletal and soft-tissue pain and dysfunction using a variety of clinical techniques
- rehabilitative exercise
- postural and other education aimed at preventing recurrence.

* myofascial release
* pregnancy-related pain and discomfort, eg back pain, pelvic girdle instability
* sciatica and other forms of hip and groin pain
* neck and joint pain associated with poor posture
* RSI, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel and other forms of over-use injuries
* dry needling (a technique which uses acupuncture needles to relieve pain)
* functional fascial taping (FFT) (a form of taping originally used by the Australian Ballet, can be used for acute pain)
* jaw pain and teeth grinding, also pain post-dental work
* treatment of arts practitioners (performers, visual artists, musicians, writer etc) who rely on their bodies to perform on cue when needed
