VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer Service and positive feedback is very easily achieved when things go right, it's when things go wrong that you find out what a company is really like. Sadly, this is what happened to me and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED at the customer service received. I purchased a Bike Trunk Carrier online, described as fitting most popular cars without specifically listing which cars and unfortunately it did not fit mine. The packaging from the manufacturer specifically stated that it was not suitable for my Mazda 2 (a fairly popular and common car in Australia). The manufacturer's website also provides this information, however the online store neither detailed cars that were suitable or not suitable for this carrier and did not provide a link to the manufacturer's website where this information is readily available. (This continues to be the case even today 16th Feb 2013). A SIMPLE PHONE CALL or EMAIL to myself could have PREVENTED my ordering this product. The REAL PROBLEM I had was that I had to pay the postage to return this item when a very SIMPLE CHECK by the Vendor could have prevented this and all the subsequent aggravation that followed. An organisation keen on good customer service would have refunded the postage but not these guys. So they saved a few bucks in postage, if just one person over the next few years reads this review and decides against purchasing an item, they will probably lose more in profit than the cost of the postage, but then it's obvious they don't really understand even the basic principles of good customer service and how little it actually costs. This whole episode provides a SAD reflection on their customer service.
