A Wonderful shop and educational environment! The first time I was there was to look for a piano, fo...r my then 11 year son who had taken an interest. There was much choice and I was very pleased with the prices and the excellent quality of the pianos. I then noticed that the school had also offered piano classes and I immediately signed my son up for weekly lessons. Nevertheless, since then, my son has passed his grade 8 piano with flying colours and also has achieved a distinction in his grade 5 theory. From not only his results but my own experience, I can see the hard work and dedication that the teachers, the staff and the lovely owners put in to this shop to make music for all so achievable and accessible. I am glad to say I will always recommend this shop to each and every one!!

@NIna S You say that the piano teacher is good so are you there to evaluate the conditions of the s...hop or there to learn music. From my personal experience, there absolutely nothing wrong with the place. My kids have studied there for 4 yeas now and my little one is just starting, The staff are friendly and REALLY? the yelling lady. Why would anyone yell if not provoked. In the last few years, Ive made long lasting friendships with other parents, 20 or more there through my weekly visits waiting for my kids. Your review looks more of a personal vendetta than a review. If you believe the service is not up to standard, then you should have not gone in the first place. Why would you learn there and quit all of a sudden because you released the building is not to YOUR standards? And yes the shop is sells pianos and lots of musical instruments which are made from wood, there are a range of smells due to the constant repairs being made on the instruments. Are you telling me pizza restaurant wouldn't smell of pizza and a Chinese restaurant wouldn't smell of good old Chinese food? Lastly this is a review for a music store which sells music instruments and music education. So lets keep personal hatred out of this. This shop is TERRIBLE! The premise is so dirty and I've seen the lady shop owner yell disgusting ins...ults at a customer. I use to take my little boy there because I heard that they provide piano lessons and music theory classes but I really have to say, it is not worth the money I pay. The piano's are out of tune, the classrooms look like warehouses and smells mouldy, the tables and chairs are creaky and unstable, and it is always dark and gloomy in the rooms. Why would I want my child to be learning music in this environment? For $54 an hour? NO DEAL! Though I have to say the piano teacher is good though. Good thing I got her number and now my little boy can learn music at her home studio instead.
