A personal consultation where we get to know you and begin to assess your diamond and jewellery requirements.

2 Market Research

We investigate the current market and search for suitable opportunities. Because of Olivier’s excellent trade relationships you can expect results that are both well considered and competitive.

3 Design

If you require manufacturing services we then help you design a piece of jewellery that is both to your liking as well as structurally sound. Many factors including function, budget and time are discussed so that we can achieve the best possible outcome.

4 Quote

You are provided with a final quote and payment terms based on your instructions.

5 Diamond Sourcing and Display

We then obtain the requested diamonds and invite you to a presentation of your diamonds.

6 Jewellery Manufacturing Phase

We keep you informed of manufacturing progress.

7 Delivery

Olivier Claes personally delivers your diamonds or jewellery piece. Any diamonds heavier than 0.299Ct are accompanied by a Grading Report and jewellery pieces are supplemented with an Independent Valuation unless otherwise agreed.
