I am sharing this review in the hope that Woodstock will do something about their service and profes...sionalism of their store. I did not have a very good experience in shopping at Woodstock in Knox city. I had purchased a pair of shorts as a present, and had to return them as they did not fit. i was given a credit note which I accepted even though I didn't really want to shop there again as when I was returning the product I did not find the service to be very professional. I returned a week later to find something and the lady proceeded to tell me that I was not able to purchase anything that was on sale, that I would have to pay full price on any sale item as I was not a new customer? The only reason they knew that was that I had a credit note. I was very disappointed about the experience I had shopping in their store, and would not recommend the store.

I was served by a very rude man at this store. He made some cutting remarks about how I didn't belon...g in this shop which made me feel very upset. I would not shop nor recommend this store to anyone.

I will never shop here again. Previously I had been a regular customer but a series of offensive co...mments made me avoid the place. Experiences included, mimming the width of another customer, mocking the physical size of customer. "this could try to suck their fat in" I had complained on 2 occasions about my experiences. Today I had to go back,(no option) this time was given a face of disbelief when I said what size pants I wanted. (the size I was wearing perviously purchased there) After the last time I vowed never to go back, now there is nothing the in world that would get me to set a foot back in this terrible store.

We attended Mr Charles Menswear today, they might specialise in menswear but not on professionalism ...- one of the worst clothing service experiences I've seen. The owners were rude and unhelpful, they also insulted my friend (who is a L or XL) by saying he was too overweight and other stores wouldn't even serve him. It's funny that we then found several suits of that size in another clothing store of better quality and price, and were assisted by courteous staff. I recommend giving this store a miss, you won't regret it.
