DO NOT BUY animals from these people! We purchased a puppy to be my daughters first dog of her own o...nly to have the dog deteriorate that bad over night we took him to the vet. It was not right from the moment we bought it but we're reassured he was just tired. When we contacted them about it The owner was so rude it was disgusting having a go at us for taking the dog to our vet and not back to them. My daughter is devastated we will never go near that place again. BE Warned

I thought there service was great untill i arrived home with the $50 worth of tropical fish to find ...2 of them were dead in the bag and finding the remaining dying over the next hour. After going and getting my water at 2 other pet stores and they saying my water was perfect I returned to Aquarium and Pet Warehouse in Albion Park Rail only to be told they will not replace nor will they give me my money back due to the fact my ph level was not like theres it was more alkaline, and that is what would of killed my fish straight away even though 2 of them were dead in the bag of their water. They were not even unwilling to meet me half way. I will never shop there again. DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
