I had bought a fighter fish for my 4-year-old son. He chose the smallest one, which looked a little ...shabby, but is the one he wanted. I took it home and it refused to eat. They gave me some other food, it didn't eat either. They said keep trying, the fish can last a week without food. It died today. I called them up and explained. The owner refused to replace the fish for free, and had a very negative and rude attitude. The floor in the shop was very dirty and they're quite expensive. I recommend avoiding this place as they don't seem to care about the customer.

Never coming back. Didn't even get a chance to look at the prices, so can't comment on them, but wa...s accosted by the incredibly rude owner as soon as I walked into the store. I was on the phone at the time with an important client, and was just browsing, I knew what I needed, but I wanted to see what else he had in stock. He just kept rudely talking about how he was busy and didn't have time to wait for me while I talked on the phone... Well and good, if I had asked for help, which I didn't, I was browsing, and had no need to have him following me around. This all happened near the fish tanks, which had many dead fish floating at the top of the tanks. With very bad customer service, a very dirty store and obvious neglect for the animals he kept, I walked out before even taking notice of the prices. No wonder the place was empty. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being treated like dirt. Thanks for nothing.

Nikki is great with all dogs, big and small. I've been using her service for years and at such compe...titive prices. I found her's the best. She is very professional, trustworthy, gentle and adds that personal touch. The best part is always how happy my dog is after and smells so great. The smells I like, I can purchase from her very cheap compared to my usually pet stores. And what's even better, I can get refills even cheaper. Her treats are all Australian (no preservatives at affordable prices), which is important to me. It keeps me happy knowing that my dog is not only clean but flea free and healthy. Great job every time! See you next fortnight.
