While the products here were fine, the customer service was bad enough that I just had to leave. ...My partner and I were sitting on a seat in Vast Interior (in Forster) when a sales assistant yelled at us from across the store to get off as the seat was already sold. While it’s fair enough that she didn’t want us sitting on the seat, my partner and I were shocked that she could be so rude as to yell at us and embarrass us in front of the entire store. We quickly hopped up and when we looked at the seat we were surprised to see a tiny sign (no larger than a quarter of an A4 piece of paper) attached to the seat. Furthermore, it only said that the seat was sold in the corner of the sign – there was no way we could have seen it without already knowing it was there! We later went to another sales assistant to suggest that in the future, they should talk to customers in private, rather than yelling across the store. She gave us a preposterous excuse, claiming that they had to yell to stop us from damaging the seat (as though sitting on a seat is some sort of emergency). She even refused to pass our message on to the other sales assistant or the manager. Overall, the furniture in this shop is fine, but the customer service from some of the sales assistants is just terrible. I wouldn’t suggest this store to anyone who wants to enjoy their shopping.

Fantastic business, great customer service and nothing is ever a drama. Stock in the shop is amazing... and well worth a visit. I got some great new furniture for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than up the coast at the bigger import stores. The selection is great as well.
