The service we experienced in Forest Hill store was not pleasant. For example, 1. The staff just sa...id to my son: "Sit down", NO smile, NO please 2. Measure the size in super quick and impatient manner, went to behind the counter to get one box of shoe, without saying one word 3.The size she selected seems not biger enough for my son, asked for half size large 4. She bought back another pair of shoe, say "try on", then talking to another customer she just serviced 5. The "Clark" shoe we bought is 20% more expensive than our local Shoes & Sox We do not mind pay for the full price for the proper service, but not for poor and impatient service without one word of "please" We certainly will NOT go back to this store again. You can get better services and better price in Shoes & Sox where we purchased other "Clark" shoe previously.

They would not refund money when we returned shoes that did not fit. We were yelled at and told not ...to re-enter shop. I strongly advise everyone never to shop there.
