Could not believe how I was made unwelcome in this shop. I' m a shoe wholesaler and asked if they ar...e interested, the lady told me in a very rude way that they don't do "pop ins" while they are working. Would not sell to such rude people anyway. This has happend to me the first time. I sell in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. Who's is the looser here?

Customer service was appalling! Staff were rude especially when enforcing some ridiculous store rule...s. Parents with prams are not welcome and you are not allowed food or beverage. Their elitist attitude did not correlate with the relaxed dunsborough lifestyle nor were they justified in the quality of product available. Staff were also very unwilling to assist. I certainly will never return to this store after walking out feeling bullied and victimised.
