Westec Modular solution sell Kirby vacuum cleaners, when they come to the house they promise everyth...ing and deliver nothing have been trying to get in touch with them to buy vacuum bags for the $4000 + Kirby I bought, but know one gets back to you. Have emailed them over 2 weeks ago. They dont answer the phone and their message bank is full so you cant even leave a message. The vacuum itself is great, the young sales person was great but the actual company ethic sucks.

Absolute rubbish - took our coffee machine in allegedly repaired within a day - got it back in worse... shape than it was initially - took it back and now they've lost parts so we're not only $500 out of pocket for repairs but our $2500 coffee machine is still U/S

We had excellent service by Gareth from your Joondalup store. He never pressured us at all and gave... us all the information we wanted. He is a real gentleman and someone your store should be very proud of. We would recommend your store because of Gareth, he is very well presented and has a lovely way with customers. We are both in our 60 and it is so nice to meet someone who cares. We bought an oven and a hot plate off him. Thank you Gareth. Brian and Bev Clements.
